Khali Vapors is an American e-liquid brand founded in Long Beach, California, in late 2013 by Patrick Mulcahy and Matthew Halvorson. The brand launched in 2014 after more than six months of flavor development, with a focus on creating well-balanced e-liquids designed for all-day vaping.
