Data Deletion Request

Vaper Club (“we”, “us”) lets you request deletion of personal data associated with your account on https://vaper.club, including data we received if you signed in with Google or Facebook.
How to request deletion
- Submit a request through our Contact Us form, or email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
- Include: (a) the email address of your vaper.club account; (b) your display name if you remember it; (c) whether you used email/password, Google, and/or Facebook to sign in.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we delete data.
What we delete
When we approve a verified request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data we hold about your account, including profile information and content tied to that account, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
If you signed in with Google or Facebook, deleting your vaper.club account removes the data we stored from that login. It does not delete your Google or Facebook account. You can also remove vaper.club’s access from your Google or Facebook account settings.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days (or sooner where required by law). You will receive a confirmation when the request is completed or if we need more information.
