1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Vaper Club platform, including listing pages, article pages, video pages, user interaction functions, and related services.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Nature and Service Scope

Vaper Club is an information, media, and listing platform. The platform may provide publication and discovery space for listings, articles, videos, and user comments.

The platform does not directly sell products, does not act as a seller, and does not process transactions between users and shops unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. No Sales Transaction Liability

Because we do not directly provide product sales, we do not assume responsibility for users' actual purchasing decisions, payment processes, fulfillment processes, delivery outcomes, after-sales disputes, or losses arising from transactions with third parties.

Users should independently evaluate merchants, products, terms, prices, and transaction risks before making any purchase.

4. Content Positioning and Editorial Independence Disclaimer

The platform provides publication space for listings, articles, and videos to be displayed and discussed by users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Content reflects only the personal or business views of the publishing shop, author, or contributor.
• Content does not represent the official position of Vaper Club.
• Users are responsible for independently assessing authenticity, legality, quality, safety, and reliability of published information.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, safety, suitability, or merchantability of user-published content, and we do not assume liability for losses arising from reliance on such content.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Users shall not:

• Publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content.
• Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Interfere with platform security, integrity, availability, or normal operation.
• Use automated means for unauthorized scraping, abuse, or disruptive activities.

Users are solely responsible for content they publish and for resulting legal consequences.

6. Moderation, Removal, and Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our discretion and where lawful, to review, restrict, suspend, remove, or refuse any content or account that may violate law, these Terms, or platform policies.

Such action does not create an obligation to pre-screen all content and does not waive user responsibility for published information.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, trademarks, logos, layout, and platform-owned materials are protected by law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

Users retain rights to their own lawful content, while granting the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, index, and distribute such content for platform operation and promotion, subject to applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may contain third-party links, merchant pages, advertisements, and embedded content. We do not control or endorse all third-party materials and are not responsible for third-party performance, legality, availability, or security.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaper Club and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

In jurisdictions where limitation is permitted, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid or payable by the user for one (1) month of the specific service directly giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vaper Club and related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from user content, user conduct, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement. Users may stop using the platform at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting unless otherwise required by law. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law as designated by the platform's legal framework and conflict-of-law principles where applicable.

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication. Where unresolved, disputes may be submitted to competent courts or other legally valid dispute resolution channels.
