Key Features
- Two Material Options: Pure nickel (Ni200) or surgical grade 1 titanium wire, sold in 10ft spools
- Tempered or Annealed Options: Nickel wire available in tempered or annealed (soft) finishes
- Nickel Annealed: Heat resistant up to 1400°C, round shape, soft annealed finish, ideal for insulating coil legs when rebuilding atomizers; non-resistance wire
- Nickel Tempered: Available in 22–32 AWG, tempered for a firmer end product, easier to build with than annealed Ni200, and ideal for temperature controlled devices; heating above 750°C (1382°F) will anneal the wire and soften it
- Titanium: Surgical Grade 1, 99.5%+ pure titanium wire for temperature control devices only (do not dry burn / dry fire), with resistance roughly 2x that of Nichrome 80
